2. Scope
This notice is provided under Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It covers the Tixolve marketing website, its information pages, illustrative demo and plan calculator.
This website does not create accounts, sell subscriptions, connect stores or submit real tickets. Demo conversations are examples and are not sent to an AI model. The SaaS app, its users and store customer tickets require specific notices and, for processing on business customers’ behalf, an Article 28 data processing agreement. This notice does not replace that DPA.
3. Data processed
- Browsing and security data: IP address, requested URL, date and time, technical browser and device information, HTTP headers, errors and automated traffic signals handled by the infrastructure.
- Voluntary communications: when you email us, your email address, professional contact details and message content. The website has no contact or newsletter subscription forms.
- Privacy choices: your selection, its date, expiry and notice version may be stored in your browser. No advertising identifier is created.
- Calculator parameters: calculations run in your browser. When changing language, ticket volume and billing period may be included in the URL requested from the server to preserve your selection. This does not connect to actual store data.
Copying a plan summary accesses your device’s clipboard only when you request it. The website does not send that summary to the controller.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is used to deliver pages, keep the site working, prevent abuse and diagnose problems, based on the legitimate interest in website availability and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Voluntary requests are processed to respond and manage professional correspondence: steps requested before a contract, where applicable, or the legitimate interest in handling communications (Articles 6(1)(b) and (f)). Processing required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c).
Storage strictly necessary to remember your privacy choice and technical security cookies does not require prior consent under applicable cookie rules. This website does not activate visitor analytics, advertising pixels or profiling. “Analytics” in the product descriptions refers to Tixolve’s product features, not tracking visitors to this website.
5. Provision of data and processing methods
Some technical data is needed to deliver and protect the pages. Sending an email and providing additional details is optional; without the necessary contact information we may be unable to respond. You can browse with necessary technologies only.
Data is handled electronically with authorised access and safeguards proportionate to the risks. Fonts and images are hosted with the pages. No external videos, maps, chat tools or embedded social widgets are loaded.
6. Recipients and providers
Data may be accessed by authorised people handling the website and enquiries, the technical providers necessary for delivery and security, relevant professional advisers and authorities where required by law. The website uses OpenAI’s Sites hosting platform and Cloudflare delivery and protection infrastructure. Correspondence is also handled by the controller’s email service provider.
Provider relationships and privacy roles must be governed according to their activities and applicable law. The controller does not publish the data or sell it for advertising. More information about providers and safeguards is available from info@tixolve.com.
7. International transfers
Hosting and security providers’ networks may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Any transfers must comply with Chapter V GDPR, through an applicable adequacy decision or other suitable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and any necessary additional measures. Exclusive storage in Italy or Europe is not guaranteed.

8. Retention
Technical data is retained as necessary for page delivery, error diagnosis, abuse prevention and incident handling; duration also depends on the technical service and its configuration. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer, follow up the request and manage any resulting relationship. Longer retention is limited to legal requirements or establishing, exercising or defending rights.
The browser privacy choice is stored for six months, unless you delete it or a material change requires a new choice. Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie, when set, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, according to the provider’s documentation. See the Cookie Policy for details.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in Articles 15–22 GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. This website currently has no optional processing based on consent.
Write to info@tixolve.com. Proportionate identity verification may be required. We normally respond within one month; an extension is possible in legally permitted cases, with notification.
You may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent authority and seek a judicial remedy. This marketing website does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
10. Updates
This notice may change to reflect actual changes to the website, providers or law. The date above identifies the version. New non-essential technologies cannot be activated on the basis of a choice relating only to this configuration: they must be described and, where required, authorised beforehand.
